ABOUT US
We are a corporation headquartered in Kanazawa, Hokuriku. We have heard from many local companies and businesses in Ishikawa, Toyama, and Fukui prefectures who are concerned about the serious shortage of human resources.
Foreign human resources have become indispensable to Japan, which faces deep-seated problems of a declining birthrate, aging population, and labor shortages. This is why the power of people living together in Asia has become indispensable.
Human resources in the Hokuriku region.
We have come to the realization that now is the time for a local registration support organization for foreign human resources with specific skills to provide courteous and prompt services.
Our business is composed of Japanese staff and staff from countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
We hope to form ties with people in other countries and contribute to the local community by utilizing our unique local network and mobility.
Service Features
The Specified Skill System is a system that began in 2019 to accept foreign nationals who can be immediately effective in occupations where there is a shortage of labor. We introduce excellent human resources from Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar to small and medium-sized companies.
1. We will mediate "Specified Skills" foreign nationals.
We have deep ties to six countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar) and can introduce foreign personnel trained at our partner training centers.
2. We also support document applications and immigration.
We can be entrusted with all support services, including complicated and difficult-to-understand qualification issuance procedures, document preparation, and correspondence with immigration authorities, such as visa applications and advice for local company interviews.
3. We also provide livelihood care for foreign personnel.
Accepting foreign nationals who wish to work in Japan requires a variety of support. We support an environment in which both labor and management can focus on their work with peace of mind, including support for their daily lives after joining the company.
We facilitate foreign human resources through our deep connections with local communities.
Due to the declining birthrate and aging population, Japan's workforce is shrinking at an alarming rate, and it is becoming more difficult to secure human resources, especially the further one travels to the countryside. In order to solve the problems of companies that have jobs, but cannot attract human resources even when they recruit, or that cannot retain human resources for long, we introduce human resources that can be immediately effective, especially in fields where there is a serious shortage of human resources. Foreign hires are also carefully followed up by our foreign staff.
Focused support for 5 industries where human resources are expected to be in short supply
In order to solve the problems of our corporate clients, we introduce human resources who can make an immediate impact, especially in fields where there is a serious shortage of human resources.care
The purpose of the specified technical skill "nursing care" is not the same as "technical internship" for the purpose of education. Foreign nationals with the specified skill No. 1 are allowed to engage in physical care work. Specifically, this includes assisting with bathing, eating, removal of waste, dressing and undressing, and transportation. We will mediate with personnel who are recognized as having the skills and Japanese language level to be immediately effective onsite.
Industrial manufacturing
The specific skill "industrial manufacturing" includes a wide variety of industries.
The industrial manufacturing industry, which is the backbone of Japan's manufacturing industry and includes machinery and metal processing, textile manufacturing, printing and bookbinding, is an industrial sector that is essential to the Japanese economy.
In the specific skill "industrial manufacturing" industry, you can work in jobs that require skilled skills.
Food and beverage manufacturing
The term "food and beverage manufacturing" refers to industries that produce processed foods and drinking water.
This is a status of residence for foreign nationals who are engaged in the overall process of manufacturing food and beverage products, including production, processing, safety and hygiene of food and beverage products excluding alcoholic beverages.
In the specific skill "Food and Beverage Manufacturing," you can also engage in tasks such as procuring and receiving raw materials, delivering products, cleaning, and managing the business premises.
restaurant industry
Generally, the only status of residence specializing in the food service industry in Japan is "Food Service Industry", a specified technical skill. It is also possible to work under the "Technical" status, but not in a Japanese restaurant. The "Tokutei Gijutsu" is a highly promising visa status that allows you to be as active as a Japanese person.
lodging
Currently, when foreign nationals work in hotels, they cannot perform simple labor such as bed-making, cleaning, and catering with a "technical, humanities, or international services" work visa. However, with a "lodging" visa, simple labor such as cleaning and bed-making can be included in the scope of work. The "specified skills" can be used for a wide range of work.
